We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wlixarunuaxliir. If you are not happy with your aromatic candles, you may return them within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wlixarunuaxliir.world or use our contact form. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation with your return package.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at info@wlixarunuaxliir.world with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent or product, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
